We ship to the USA via USPS Media Mail. Most domestic orders are received within 3-5 days of shipment; local orders within 1-3 days. We also offer UPS Ground (1 to 5 days), UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS Next Day Air®.

We ship to Canada via UPS Expedited. International buyers are responsible for paying all customs fees.

New, sealed records can be returned within 30 days if still in same condition. Please use our Contact form to submit a return request. Unsealed records and any items that are marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Items returned without prior request and approval will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In the off-chance your item is lost or received damaged, please use our Contact form to let us know so we can file your insurance claim. Lost domestic orders can be claimed 20 days and international orders 30 days after shipment date.
